When all the world is green?

Do you visit the bay?

or catch some cool waves?
Is that what you do?
So do I

So happy my big three were able to fly to Utah and spend two weeks with extended family
Cousin love is the BEST!

My little fishes

grateful our family found summer swim team a few years back
an awesome way to keep my kids moving, make friends and learn a lifelong skill

S plugging ahead for a first of the season time

Guess what the theme was this morning??

The team mascot, J is looking forward to getting to swim next year w/ the team

S, Aliana and M got to perform the star-spangled banner on a Saturday morning meet.  They did great!

 Ready...

 Set...

Go...

A coming in for a turn

Graduation Procession

M&S graduated from Elementary School this year
I guess this has become a big deal since I was booted from Elementary
I don't remember a procession, parties, graduation speeches, etc.

They were excited and it was fun to see the 5th grade class together one more time before they ventured off to two different middle schools

J&A waiting for the fun to begin
Aubrey was happy that she got to skip class for the event

Samantha receiving her diploma from Mrs. Sifri

Madison receiving her diploma from Ms. Brunson

Each student had to write three descriptive essay's each highlighting a specific event or school year at Cloverly.  The student body then voted on their favorite essay's and 5 were to be read at the ceremony.  Each essay highlighting a year at Cloverly.  M  & S were each chosen for one of the years.  They practiced and rehearsed for weeks leading up to the ceremony.  It was fun getting to her the students talk about their memories and funny stories.

Now onto middle school, and that it when my tears started to flow :(

Birthday Girl

Aubrey's 9th birthday was shortly after my return home from Italy
I knew there was no way I could plan/prep and pull together a party for her
I called in my recruits, Madison and Samantha
They did an awesome job; hand drawing the invitations, planning games and activities, setting up supplies, making food
My assignments were; make a pie, make small loaf bread and bonnets for the guests
The rest they did, awesome!

Aubrey was so excited to receive a gear bike for her gift

Little House on the Prairie party, complete with live chicken demonstrations

Homemade strawberry pie

 Collecting the eggs

 Washing the clothes

Friends enjoying the "wagon" ride
