Le Tour De France
Tuesday, July 28, 2009
This is in honor of those that watched the many days of biking (shout-out to the Willis clan). Last night in honor of le Tour de France finish we had a F.H.E. on the importance of bicycle riding. Aubrey taught the lesson and told us how we could all benefit from riding a bicycle. Afterwards our bike mechanic checked tire pressure, lubed the chains, adjusted bike seats and handle bars. I wonder when Lance last checked his own bike seat?

Our week has felt awfully lonely without Alberto, Lance, the Schleck brothers and the rest of the peleton to keep us company. Alex saw the picture of Rob and can't wait to get on his bike to try to pop-a-wheelie. Oh boy!
